1.   Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first visit to complete any needed paperwork.
   

2.   Know that the spa area is a tranquil retreat - please be respectful of others.
   

3.   Children are only allowed in the salon or spa with an appointment
        or by talking to the manager beforehand.
   

4.   Please put your cell phone on vibrate while at the spa.
   

5.   Mastercard/Visa, Checks, and Cash are accepted.
   

6.   We ask for your courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice. We reserve the right to
        charge for the service without proper notification.
   

7.   All times for services and packages are approximate.

Pedicure Details

1.   Please wear sandals or slide-on shoes.
   

2.   Wear loose pants or shorts (massage to knee)
   

3.   You do not need to trim your nails
        before your appointment.

Facial | Body Details

1.   Do not wear make-up if possible.
   

2.   Do not wax or shave at least 48 hours
        prior to appointment.
   

3.   Do not wear jewelry to your appointment.

Massage Details

1.   Hydration is essential to extending
        massage benefits; please drink plenty
        of water after your massage.
   

2.   Due to the aromatic nature of your
        massage, please refrain from wearing
        heavy perfume the day of your treatment.
   

3.   If you are pregnant or just had surgery,
        please check with your health care
        provider if massage is okay for you.
   

4.   Please let the therapist know if you
        have any concerns (i.e. legs due to
        varicose veins).

Waxing Details

1.   When booking, be sure you have at least
        3-6 weeks of outgrowth.
   

2.   2 days before your appointment, you
        should exfoliate the area that is to be
        waxed.
   

3.   Avoid moisturizer on the day of your
        appointment.
   

4.   Please let us know if you are using
        Retin-A, glycolic acid, acutane, or
        anything that may affect your skin’s
        balance.
