Pedicure Details

  • Please wear sandals or slide-on shoes.

  • Wear Loose pants or shorts (massage to knee).

  • No need to trim your nails before your appointment.

Facial Details

  • Do not wear make-up if possible.

  • Do not wax or shave at least 48 hours prior to appointment.

  • Do not wear jewelry to your appointment.

Massage Details

  • Hydration is essential to massage benefits; drink plenty of water after your massage.

  • Due to the aromatic nature of your massage, refrain from wearing perfume.

  • If you are pregnant or just had surgery, check with your health care provider if a massage is okay for you.

  • Please let the therapist know if you have any concerns (i.e. legs due to varicose veins.
